Hey there!

 

It is Erfan, the Founder of Taylors Drama Club, whatever theatre might mean to you, it means Love to me! it means Absolute Fun to me! and most importantly, it means a book of life to me!

Let's be honest, no big money would come out of theatre unless you are a super star! and frank speaking I am not one, but why did I come up with the idea of the Drama Club? why supported it and put effort and energy gathering interested members?

Simple answer: All the World is a Stage! (William Shakespeare told me lol)

You know how act, you might know how to play on life stage! Theatre teaches you finest things and concepts you would never learn in any University or College, you will never find them written on books.. they are live, going on in theatre, if you are smart, you can catch them then.

 

Now after gicing you a boring lecture of what I think of theatre (which you might not even care about!) let's go though out plans and activities in the club.

 

First of all, the basic events happening in the club are the fortnight meetings on every Wednesday B in which we normally do:

a) Play acting games

b) Set up and talk about our calendars and upcoming meetings

c) Learn acting skills

and a variety of other activities...

 

Secondly, we have a number of practice meetings every month that we hold after our college time or during the weekends. We more try to practice our scripts in those meetings. They normally lead to Funny SicUnforgatable memories :D

 

Thirdly, our shows and performances done 100% by studnets, from acting areas to design and music.

And Lastly, we don't hang out every week, but when we do, we try to keep the difinition of Fun alive!

 

Oh, before you run away... you don't have to be a super professional actor or actress to join us!
